# Trade

> Every venue, one click.

Shroud finds the pool a coin actually trades in and fills you there. One click, from one wallet or many.

## Venues

Coins paired against something other than SOL fill in one trade too.

A coin on a pool Shroud cannot fill directly takes an **indirect route**. The coin page tags it, because the fill price may be worse than shown.

## Multi-wallet

Select as many wallets as you like and trade them in one click. A buy amount is the **total**, split across the wallets you picked: the same each, more to richer wallets, or at random, with optional variation and delay so they do not look like one wallet. Sells go per wallet. Each wallet fills on its own, so one failure never cancels the rest.

On the coin page the wallet picker can also **Consolidate** a coin into one wallet or **Split** it across several.

![A 2 SOL buy split across four wallets, each filled](https://mintcdn.com/shroud/U8jY4ClizUlKYf69/images/multi-wallet.svg?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=U8jY4ClizUlKYf69\&q=85\&s=b87f57446e2644ff09af3c5148543a34)

One order, split across your wallets.

## Controls

| Control | What it does |
| - | - |
| Quick buttons | Your preset buy and sell sizes, one tap each |
| Slippage | The most the price may move before the trade reverts |
| Priority fee and tip | How hard your trade competes for the next block |
| Presets | Three saved setups, each with its own buy and sell side |

Set defaults in **Settings → Trade**. Every fee field shows its cost in USD. The **Initial** chip on the sell side sells just enough to take your cost back out.

## Orders

| Order | What it does |
| - | - |
| Limit | Buy or sell when market cap crosses your target, with an optional expiry |
| Grid | A range of market caps split into 2 to 20 limit orders at once |
| DCA | Buy or sell in slices over time |
| Auto | Sell when the dev sells, or buy the migration |

Orders run on Shroud's servers around the clock, so they use [server signing](https://docs.shroud.trade/wallets.md#server-signing) on the wallet. Up to 100 active limit orders (each grid line counts as one) and 100 active auto orders.

## Buy guard

Set the most outside SOL you will accept ahead of you in a coin. Buys that break the limit are refused. It covers coin-page buys, launch bundles on Pump.fun and Reflex launch buys on Pump.fun, not quick buys from other pages. Off until you set it, in **Settings → Trade** or the coin page's Bundle tab.

## Results

Every trade resolves to **Bought** or **Sold**, **Failed** with a readable reason, or **not confirmed**: if no status arrives in time it may still land, so check the explorer link before retrying. A second click is a second trade, never a duplicate that gets dropped.

## Cost

A **1% platform fee** on every trade, with up to 25% of it back as cashback. The fee readout on the trade panel shows the trade's total cost, pool fees included. Network fees, priority fees and tips are yours to set. See [Fees & cashback](https://docs.shroud.trade/fees.md).

> [!TIP]
>
> Memecoins are high-risk. Slippage, MEV and rugs are real. Never trade more than you can afford to lose.
