> **What does Shroud charge?**
>
> 1% of every trade, including the buys you make at launch, with 5% to 25% of it back as cashback depending on your level. Creating a coin, deposits, transfers and withdrawals carry no Shroud fee. See [Fees & cashback](https://docs.shroud.trade/fees.md).

> **How do I get my cashback?**
>
> It accrues on every trade. Open [Rewards](https://docs.shroud.trade/rewards.md) and claim once you have 0.0001 SOL or more. Nothing expires.

> **How fast is Shroud?**
>
> Fast enough that the chain is the limit, not us. Launches can put your first buys in the same block as the coin, and automation fires without a browser in the loop.

> **Where did Dashboard and Wallets go?**
>
> Both live on one page now: [Portfolio](https://docs.shroud.trade/dashboard.md), with Holdings, Wallets, History, Launches and Volume tabs.

> **Do I need to install anything?**
>
> No. Shroud runs in any modern browser, desktop or mobile.

> **Which chains are supported?**
>
> Solana. Other chains are not available in the app yet. See [Chains](https://docs.shroud.trade/chains.md).

> **Do my tasks run when I close the tab?**
>
> Yes. Reflex tasks, orders, price alerts and launch plans run on Shroud's servers 24/7, which is why they need [server signing](https://docs.shroud.trade/wallets.md#server-signing) on the wallet.

> **How many buys can land in the launch block?**
>
> Up to three buys ride inside the launch itself, your dev buy included (two on Mayhem). Further bundle wallets buy right after. See [Create](https://docs.shroud.trade/create.md#block-zero).

> **Can I use my Phantom wallet?**
>
> Yes. Sign in with Phantom, or import a Solana private key in [Portfolio → Wallets](https://docs.shroud.trade/wallets.md).

> **What is the recovery phrase for?**
>
> One 12-word phrase restores every wallet Shroud created for you, in Phantom or another wallet. Imported and vanity wallets need their own key backup, and launch plan wallets are swept back instead.

> **Can Shroud freeze my funds?**
>
> Not in any wallet whose key you hold. Your keys are secured by Turnkey, you can export them any time, and Shroud holds no pooled balance. Server signing for automation is per wallet and you can revoke it in one click. Launch plan wallets are held by Shroud, so sweep them back when a launch ends. See [Safety](https://docs.shroud.trade/safety.md).

> **Why didn't my trade land?**
>
> Usually one of: slippage too tight, priority fee or tip too low for a busy chain, the transaction expired, or not enough SOL for fees. The error says which.

> **My trade says sent but not confirmed.**
>
> No status arrived in time. Open the explorer link in the toast before retrying: it may have landed.

> **Why do I see a dash instead of a number?**
>
> Shroud could not read that value, and a dash is the honest answer. It is never rounded down to zero.

> **How do I get support?**
>
